Turning Point Service Review

Why are we doing this?

Turning Point are a charity that run our drug and alcohol service in Croydon. Soon we will have the option to extend their current contract by a further 2 years. To help us decide this, we are asking for your feedback on the service to ensure it is meeting the outcomes it was designed to achieve.

What do we want to know?

To support us, we are asking service users, carers, professionals and those with an experience of Turning Point in the last 8 months, the complete this survey. When answering the questions, please try only to think of your experience(s) in the last 8 months. The survey will not ask for your name or any other personal information.
