Independent Reviewing Officers (IROs) undertake ongoing reviews and monitoring of the care plans of children in care.  As part of this process, including seeking written feedback from key adults in the child’s life, such as their parents and carers, it is required that you take part in a short feedback form (see link below) to find out your views and feedback on how a child or young person is doing at the moment.  Your response will be saved on the child’s file.  Sometimes IRO managers might collate themes from the forms so that we can learn and improve our service.  This will always be done anonymously, so your data would be confidential.

Personal data submitted (including names, addresses, contact details and any equalities data) will be processed in accordance with the requirements of the UK General Data Protection Regulations. Data will only be used for the purposes of the consultation. Details will not be shared or published.  By participating, you agree to your data being used in this way.
