Are you the parent of a looked-after child? If so, fill out our short form: Updated April 2023
Independent Reviewing Officers (IRO) are social work professionals who look at the plans being made for your child to be sure the right things are happening and they are being well looked after. As part of this process, including seeking written feedback from key adults in your child’s life, including their parents and carers, it is required that you take part in a short feedback form (see link below) to find out your views and feedback on how a child or young person is doing at the moment. Your response will be saved on your child’s file. Sometimes IRO managers might collate themes from the forms in order that we can learn and improve our service. This will always be done anonymously, so your data would be confidential.
