Provider sufficiency survey

We are inviting childcare providers in Croydon to let us know information on places for childcare in Croydon. This will help us to make sure we have enough high-quality childcare places for everyone that needs them.

This survey will take approximately 10 mins.  The survey will close at 5pm on Wednesday 14 September 2022.

Data protection statement

We’ve asked for you to provide anonymised information on this survey because it tells us more about the people (like you) who use our services. If we know more about your experiences, we know more about the way our services are used and this helps us to make improved decisions about them. It also helps us to make sure we’re hearing from all our diverse communities.

We do not need to collect your contact information for this questionnaire and will not be asking for this, when completing the questionnaire, please keep your responses about your experience with the service only. We will analyse the responses and report findings from this anonymous survey without any of your personal details to make improvements/changes to our services.

If you complete this survey/form and have changed your mind about giving us this data, we’ll remove it. You can do this by emailing the words ‘OPT OUT’ to Child.care@croydon.gov.uk We’ll extend this for 30 days after a survey/form has closed.
