Development grant reporting form

Thank you being part of the This is Croydon London Borough of Culture legacy development grant scheme.

This survey will help us know what happened, what worked, and make the case for the support you need. There are no further development grants currently planned, but evidence from this one will help shape future support plans longer term.

Please answer honestly, we know these are development projects, and involve experimentation. You might have found out about something NOT working, and that is just as valuable as finding out that something does work. We don't need a long detailed report, just a few lines about your experience is helpful.

If you have any photos or other materials you would like to share, that you are happy for us to use when we talk about artist and creative development in Croydon, please do email them to kirsty.lothian@croydon.gov.uk.

As reporting is a grant requirement and we need to know that you have completed yours, these surveys are not anonymous.

Referring to the budget in your grant agreement, were there any changes to how you spent the grant? We do NOT need you to send us receipts, but if you did not spend the full amount we will not be able to release the full amount, and any substantial changes need to be agreed in writing. Under no circumstances are we able to increase the grant to cover overspends.
