Your event has formed an important part of This is Croydon, thank you for completing this questionnaire about the event which will inform our evaluation of the year. 

This is your chance to share your organisation's experience. We are keen to hear your feedback and want to hear your voice. 

Why are we asking for your feedback?

Information you share with us will help us understand how cultural opportunities in Croydon are impacting people living in and visiting the borough. By completing this questionnaire, you will be supporting us to tell the story of our year as London Borough of Culture. 

Your honest feedback is invaluable to us, and will inform the delivery of future projects, events and cultural initiatives, in partnership with our funders and stakeholders.

What will the questionnaire involve?

The questionnaire will ask questions about you and your event so we can improve and grow the work of our organisation and better support access to culture for all people in Croydon. There are 29 questions.

The questionnaire will ask about your event and you will need to include:

• A short description of the event
• The location, date and venue and number of performances or days open to the public

The questionnaire will also ask you about the audiences to your event and you will need to include:

• Audience numbers, both in person and online engagements, where relevant
• Volunteer numbers, where relevant
• School and school age pupil numbers, where relevant 

*If you are unable to provide an accurate figure, please do complete the questionnaire with an estimate.

The system is not configured to accept a 0 return in some questions. If your response is 0 please put a 1 and add a comment in the box at the end to reflect this. 

How can your audiences, participants and practitioners feedback?

The audiences, participants and practitioners of  your event should be sent a separate event questionnaire to complete, to understand their understanding of and perceptions to your work. Further details about this can be found in your Evaluation Toolkit. 

How we will use this information:

In line with Croydon Council’s Culture and Library Services Privacy Notice, anonymised data from this survey will be shared with the following partners to analyse and evaluate the impact of our programmes:

• Contracted evaluation partners 
• External programme funders
• Programme delivery partners
