School Admissions

Why are we doing this?

A report from the Admissions Service was presented to the Schools Forum on 7 March 2016 demonstrating the impact on service delivery of the additional £100K the Forum agreed to fund the service.  The report recommendation was for the Admissions Service to undertake a survey with schools to assess performance which was accepted by the Forum.

The survey was published in the 2016 summer term with schools given until the end of term to complete it.

The survey results were presented at the Schools Forum on 2nd September 2016 with recommendations that a further survey take place the following year once some improvements had been established.

What do we want to know?

This survey will allow admissions managers and the Schools Forum to assess improvements made as a result of the previous survey and the quality of service delivered to Croydon schools and establish if further improvements are required.
