What do we want to know?

To deliver the proposals Network Rail need to obtain powers to work outside the railway boundary through a Transport and Works Act Order (TWAO). Network Rail are currently in the process of preparing an application for these powers, referred to as the East Croydon to Selhurst Junction Capacity Enhancement Scheme (‘the Scheme').  The Scheme is the subject of this consultation.

We want your feedback to help us develop the detail of the Scheme in preparation for a TWAO application.
