Autism Strategy 2020-2024 Engagement Survey

Thank you for helping us to support autistic people in Croydon by taking part in our Engagement Survey. Your answers will inform our work in the future and we intend to publish our final strategy either in late 2020 or early 2021.

We will use the time between now and then to discuss our work with as many autistic people, their families, and colleagues, as possible and to listen to what they tell us is most important to them.

We have identified what we think might be key priorities for autistic people - you can help by telling us what we have got right and what we need to change or add.

We have phrased the priorities as "I" statements- for example, "I feel empowered to ask for support when I need it." This is intended to make the priorities as clear as possible for autistic people. If you are not autistic yourself, please try to think what would work best for autistic people you know and answer accordingly.

We look forward to sharing the results of the engagement survey and our Autism Strategy with you all soon.

Please note that by responding to the survey you consent to the Council processing your data. The Council's data privacy notice is available here https://www.croydon.gov.uk/democracy/data-protection-freedom-information/croydon-adult-social-care-fair-processing-notice

Your responses will remain anonymous.  To help ensure that you cannot be identified from your responses, please avoid entering personal details such as your name or address into the text boxes.  Thank you.

The survey has now been extended to midnight Friday 9 October 2020.
