A statutory six-week consultation with residents about the future of their homes in Regina Road launches from Tuesday, 13 December 2022. It will run over a six-week period until Thursday, 26 January 2023 to help decide the best way of providing warm, modern homes for residents on the estate.
During this six-week consultation, we are asking residents for their views on the following:
The option to either refurbish or demolish and rebuild properties within the Regina Road estate, which are included in the consultation area.
Residents' views on a Draft Tenant Offer for secure tenants which explains what residents can expect from the council if their homes are refurbished or redeveloped.
Residents' views on a Draft Leaseholder/Freeholder Offer
Information leaflets about these draft offers and what refurbishment or rebuilding would mean for residents were included in the consultation packs which were delivered to residents on 13 December. These documents are also available online here.
In Spring 2023 we will write to all residents with details of the revised Landlord Offer proposals that will have been developed, following input and feedback from residents that have been involved in the consultation.
To find out more about the consultation, how you can get involved and dates of upcoming engagement sessions, visit www.croydon.gov.uk/reginaroad
