Your community needs you! Train to be a community health champion!

The overall aim of these events will be to skill up frontline staff (including the voluntary and community sector) and small business workers to have competent conversations about vaccine and suicide awareness within their communities. 

Between all of your organisations, you have thousands of contacts everyday with individuals and are ideally placed to have these crucial conversations in a way that is relatable to your community. This in turn will encourage individuals to engage in conversations about their health from people they trust.

This training opportunity is funded by the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities in partnership with Croydon Council. 

The champions will play a vital role in keeping Croydon safe as we learn to live with Covid-19.
