2023 - 2024 marks Croydon’s year as London Borough of Culture.

Our funders and stakeholders are really keen to learn how cultural opportunities in Croydon are impacting people living in the borough.

This survey will ask questions about your organisation, audiences, artist opportunities and your perception of Croydon’s cultural services. We are asking these questions to better understand access to culture, and what barriers there may be. Please note, we will ask for information pertaining to 2022-23 only - this relates to your financial year from 1 April 2022 - 31 March 2023. • The location, date and venue and number of performances or days open to the public

The questionnaire will also ask you about the audiences to your event and you will need to include:

• Audience numbers, both in person and online engagements, where relevant
• Volunteer numbers, where relevant
• School and school age pupil numbers, where relevant

Thank you for being a crucial part of This is Croydon. This survey will help us report on the year, and make the case for the impact and value of what you have done, as well as learn the lessons. It should take about 20 minutes (less for small, recent projects, more for more complicated projects), please complete it by 26th April 2024.

All the questions are skippable, but the fewer you answer the less useful it is, of course.

You should have already completed a partner event form for each project you delivered, and shared an Artists and Practitioners survey with the creatives who made it happen.
