Information that you share with us will help us to understand how arts and heritage learning opportunities in Croydon are impacting educators and children working and learning in the borough. By completing this questionnaire you will be supporting us to tell the story of our year as London Borough of Culture.
The questionnaire will ask questions about you and your experience so we can improve and grow our work and make the case for more funding for arts and culture in Croydon.
Information collected will not be used to identify you personally.
What will the questionnaire involve?
The questionnaire will ask questions about you, your commission and your experience . There are 10 questions and we anticipate it will take between 5 and 10 minutes to complete.

In line with Croydon Council’s Culture and Library Services Privacy Notice, anonymised data from this survey will be shared with the following partners to analyse and evaluate the impact of our programmes:
