Consultation survey
Croydon’s draft Joint Local Health and Wellbeing Strategy sets out what we see as the vision and principles for improving the health and wellbeing of all those living and working in Croydon. The draft Strategy proposes priority areas for action we will take, along with our partners such as the NHS and the voluntary, community and social enterprise sectors. It aims to provide a roadmap for how the council and our partners can work together to live and work in Croydon where everyone has an equal opportunity for being able to have access to, and keep up good health and wellbeing.
Have your say and let us know what you think in our short survey which focuses on the draft Strategy’s vision, principles, and priority areas. There are also some equalities questions to help us better understand the diversity of our respondents. You do not have to answer every question or provide feedback on every section.
We will not be able to identify you from your responses unless you choose to identify yourself in the open-ended questions but please do not offer any personal information. Your input will contribute to a final report describing input from many other respondents, and you will not be personally identified in any reports.
Privacy statement:
Personal data submitted (including any equalities data) will be processed in accordance with the requirements of the UK General Data Protection Regulations. Data will only be used for the purposes of the consultation. Details will not be shared or published. By participating, you agree to your data being used in this way. For the purposes of this survey, we are not asking for your name, address or contact details but will be asking some equalities questions.
For further information on how we use, share and protect your personal data in compliance with our legal requirements under the GDPR 2018 and Data Protection Act 2018, please refer to the council’s corporate privacy notice:
