We are consulting on an update to the council's Statement of Principles which sets out how the council will carry out its duties required under the Gambling Act (2005).
It is a legal requirement for councils to have a statement of principles and we are required by law to review and consult on them every three years. It was last updated in 2021.
No significant changes are proposed as part of this review and the full list of minor changes can be found in this letter.
