Welcome to our housing services priorities survey for 2025.
Last year, you told us which housing services you wanted us to prioritise and now, we want to hear from you about your top spending priorities for the 2025 financial year. Your feedback will help shape the future of housing services, ensuring we focus on what matters most to you. The results will be shared with our housing management team and we’ll continue to update you on the actions we are taking in our Open House newsletter.
Please tell us your priorities by completing the survey below. It will only take a couple of minutes. Closing date: Sunday, 15 December 2024 at 23:59. SURVEY IS NOW CLOSED.
Highlights from the findings of the survey:
Thank you to the 637 tenants who took part in our latest housing priorities survey.
Here’s what you told us matters most:
Repairs were the top priority across all housing types.
Tackling anti-social behaviour and improving planned maintenance also ranked highly.
For residents in flats and sheltered housing, caretaking was a big concern.
We’re using this feedback to shape our 2025–26 service plans and spending decisions. It’s helping us improve where it matters most to you.
17% of respondents also said they’d like to get more involved – and we’ll be in touch with those residents very soon.
