An ongoing survey asking residents who have recently moved into a council property for feedback about their experience, in relation to different aspects of the service. This feedback will be used to improve the service for others in future.
Your feedback to our survey so far - Jan 2024
Your New Home Survey’ is an ongoing piece of work to ask new council tenants about their experience of moving into their new home, including satisfaction levels with the property condition, information received and how they were treated. Surveys are conducted online or by telephone. We have received nearly 300 responses so far (Jan 24). The information collected has been used to address individual issues (e.g. repairs) and to regularly inform managers about satisfaction with service delivery across the void process and to highlight any common issues. Some residents have contributed further to the development of a new lettable standard and the sign-up pack tenants receive has also been updated. Respondents are also given the opportunity to take part in further housing involvement initiatives.
