As part of our commitment to ensuring that everyone who interacts or uses council services receives an excellent customer experience, we have developed the council’s Customer Promise. This has been co-designed over the last few months with more than 70 residents alongside our staff addressing the most common issues residents face when interacting with the council.
The Customer Promise sets out the standards and principles we aim to uphold in our interactions across all areas of the council but to ensure that this meets the needs of all our residents, we want to engage more widely, asking residents which commitments are most important to them.
What happens next?
Feedback received will help the council develop the Customer Promise that we will deliver and will be launched in April 2025. We want you to have your say and help shape the council's first Customer Promise.
We will update on the results of the feedback of this survey and regularly share our progress with you on the council website.
Survey closes at 11:59pm on Monday 24 March 2025.
